MAIN GOAL
Improving the competences of teachers working with students with special educational needs aged 10-14 in the School and Pre-school Complex in Szemud and in partner schools during the period of project implementation.
SPECIFIC GOALS
1. Increasing the competence of teachers through the exchange of experiences, methods and ways of working with students about special educational needs (SEN).
2. Supporting teachers' professional self-improvement through participation and involvement in the implementation of the project.
3. Incrasing SEN student motivation to learn.
4. Raising students' self-esteem about SEN through the right teacher's approach to the student during teaching.
5. Joint development of new methods and tools with the use of ICT and innovative methods for activating SEN students, to make the teaching activities more attractive and more effective.
6. Expanding the international dimension of education by establishing cooperation with other teachers from European institutions.

JUSTIFICATION OF SELECTION OF PRIORITY
The project will support professional development of teachers, in particular those working with young people and children from disadvantaged groups, i.e. with special educational needs, and the use of new teaching methods and tools, including workplace learning and informal learning.
RESULTS / INDICATORS OF OBJECTIVES REALIZATION
Materials:
1. Online publication with scenarios of didactic classes for pupils with SEN aged 10-14 using ICT and innovative methods to activate selected subjects in native languages of schools participating in the project and in English. The publication will contain around 20 lesson scenarios and will be downloaded by about 50 people. 80% of the teachers using the scenarios during the pilot, at the end will evaluate them at least in level 4 on a scale of 1 to 5.
2. Increased student motivation for educational SENs aged 10-14 to study, which will be confirmed by the results of the evaluation surveys carried out.
Non-material:
1. Exchange of experiences between schools participating in the project regarding didactic work with pupils with SEN, in particular methods and ways of individualization of the teaching process on particular subjects, which will be confirmed by an interview questionnaire or evaluation questionnaire.
2. Increasing the skills and motivation of teachers participating in the project to work with children and young people from disadvantaged groups, i.e. with pupils with SPE, which will be confirmed by the evaluation of self-assessment questionnaire.
3. Ability to build self-esteem among students with SPE, which will be confirmed by the opinion of workshop participants.
4. Creating new friendships between the teaching staff, which will be confirmed by the implementation of future projects through the eTwinning platform.
GENERALISATION AND DURABILITY OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
Internal generalisation:
1. Teachers from outside the project will be able to use its results by presenting them at the meeting of subject teams and conducting demonstration lessons.
External generalization:
1. Invitation of teachers from other schools in the Szemud commune for conferences to the School and Pre-school Complex in Szemud in order to share the results. Preparation of publications (lesson plans) - printed material.
2. Starting cooperation with representatives of local authorities through the project under the honorary patronage.
3. Support of the leading body in contacts with local media (photoreports, press articles, interviews with participants).
4. Presentation of the project results by the school head at the meeting of directors with the leading body.
Durability of the results:
1. Providing lesson plans on the websites of the schools participating in the project and teachers from other schools in the Szemud commune who will come to the conference to the School and Pre-school Complex in Szemud.
2. The use of developed methods of working with students with SEN, lesson plans and elements of the project during didactic classes on particular subjects among students aged 10-14 years in the School and Pre-School Complex in Szemud and partner schools.
